Feeling tired all the time is a very common problem in our times. If you feel tired all the time or experience chronic tiredness, you are not alone. This condition of chronic fatigue has lead to the birth of a new product known as the energy drink.

Energy drinks usually include large amounts of caffeine, vitamin b and herbs, or just one or two from that list. Just two energy drinks a day is considered to be too many by health authorities.The effects of energy drinks include possible irregular heartbeat, anxiety, stomach disorders and more. Strangely enough energy drinks may even make the body more dehydrated and therefore more tired.Energy drinks have even been linked to certain death cases.

Are energy drinks a good solution for feeling tired all the time? In short no. If you drink an energy because you feel to tired you will feel more energetic for a short time, but when the caffeine wears off, you will be even more tired.You may even be putting your health at risk.

So what is a good solution for being tired all the time? I am happy to report that there is possibly a good solution to this widespread problem. Being too tired is in itself both a serious and possibly fatal condition. I say fatal in regard to the possibility of falling asleep at the wheel, which is the cause of a great many deaths.

Aside from driving, feeling tired all the time ruins your life. You cant function well at work or school and you cant enjoy much of the things you enjoy. Being so tired usually affects the persons social life as well.You feel like your life is passing you by and in a way it is.But an energy drink is not a real solution.

The first thing you should do if you feel tired constantly is to check with your doctor. Your doctor can rule out health conditions that could cause you to feel tired all the time. Some of the conditions that can cause this are anemia, diabetes,nutrition, lyme disease and many more. If you check out fine and you get a reasonable amount of exercise and sleep per day, there is one more important factor that you may not be aware of. The factor is sleep cycles.

During a normal sleep, you go through many cycles.If you awaken once or many times, before your cycle is complete, it makes you feel drained, sometimes the entire day.
