The ingredients for the chocolate cake include cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 cup butter, 1- cup of all purpose flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup of water (heated), 2 eggs beaten (optional), 1 teaspoon of vanilla, teaspoon salt , 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 teaspoon baking soda. After taking all the ingredients, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then, mix the liquid ingredients in a separate bowl and mix it them with the dry one. Now stir the mixture using the wire whisk until everything is mixed well. Now grease a eight-inch baking pan. Pour the prepared mixture into the pan. Bake it at about 350 degree F for around 45 minutes. Top it with fresh cream or icing sugar and serve with the ice cream of your choice.
